Vivian, the third phase of the Englewood South neighborhood, opened in late spring 2016. The project includes 195 luxury residential units and continues the Englewood South theme of high-end architecture with innovative, creative interior design. The project will be operated in concert with neighboring properties to obtain significant operating efficiencies.
Residents will experience a range of luxury amenities, including a highly-designed NYC-style lobby, resort-style swimming pool, fire pit, BBQ grills, fitness center, children’s play room, meditation/yoga room, community room, pet spa, and an outsized business center. The overall interior design is inspired by the highly-acclaimed restaurant Bar Agricole in San Francisco, and focuses on refurbished wood elements, natural materials, earth tones, and soft modern finishes. Building materials and design such as refurbished wood, natural stone wall accents, sun-bleached driftwood, limestone, bamboo wood flooring, indirect soft lighting, and pebble-stone floor accents will resonate throughout the common area, which will be marketed as a calm, zen-like environment to come home to.
The property will also include Kumano Springs & Spa, a spa for residents featuring a hot pool, cold plunge, dry sauna, steam room, and Japanese-inspired seated bathing areas.
From a green perspective, 100% of all common area electricity for the property will be generated through onsite solar arrays. The property will also feature electric car charging stations on site (also powered by the onsite solar).
