What if you designed the kind of building that simply doesn’t exist?
A few years back, we took a hard look at the office buildings in northern New Jersey for our own use, and walked away shocked at the age and outdated design of the existing offerings. We thought there had to be other upscale office users with the same need as us – a cool, new corporate office home that projects their image better than your typical suburban office park.
This led us to build ES4: a brand new, Class A corporate office and retail building, located in the burgeoning neighborhood of Englewood South in Englewood, New Jersey. Positioned just minutes outside of New York City, yet in the heart of Bergen County, ES4 fills a need by offering a highly-designed home for business in the perfect location.
Designed for the sophisticated modern business, the building will feature a beautifully-styled lobby, strong exterior architecture, classic masonry, spanning loft windows and awnings, oversized glass storefronts, and refined finishes throughout. In the interior, office users will enjoy the space provided by oversized ceiling heights and open floor plans with exposed ceilings and ductwork.
ES4’s amenities set it apart from any other office building in the area – including 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail (featuring Panera Bread, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, and more); concierge service; pool & spa; full fitness center; and on-site car charging station.
