The Sheffield at Englewood South, part of the Englewood South neighborhood, encompasses 377 luxury residential units, and wraps around a 575-stall, five-level parking deck, which is screened by the residential buildings when seen from the street. The residential units are contained in three buildings, fully completed, which had a total construction duration of approximately 18 months. Total building square footage is approximately 625,000 square feet, and the equity for this project with a $142 million value was internally funded with no outside partners.
Designed to work off the industrial nature of the surrounding uses, the high-end buildings of The Sheffield feature large, industrial-style windows, a full brick veneer, and the quality of lobby/clubhouse design finishes (including a spa and yoga studio) equalling the level of high-end NYC condominiums.
